- Put eggs on the egg holders to steam eggs conveniently.
- To steam large-sized foods (e.g. whole chickens, corn cobs), you can
remove the removable bottoms from the medium steaming bowl (3)
and the large steaming bowl (4) to create one large bowl.
7 Put one or more steaming bowls on the drip tray (1). Place the
bowls properly and make sure they do not wobble.
- You do not have to use all 3 steaming bowls.
- always start with the small steaming bowl (2).
- The drip tray, steaming bowls and sh/rice bowl are numbered from 1
to 5. You nd the numbers of the steaming bowls and sh rice bowl (2
to 5) on their handles. The number of the drip tray (1) is located on
its top edge. Only stack them in this order. Always use the drip tray (1)
under the small steaming bowl (2). Only use steaming bowls that are
lled with food.
- The sh/rice bowl (5) is intended for steaming marinated sh, rice or
other liquid food. When you want to use the sh/rice bowl, put it in the
large steaming bowl (4).
- When the removable bottom is removed from the large steaming
bowl (4) to create a larger bowl with the medium steaming bowl (3)
underneath, you can still place the sh/rice bowl (5) to prepare sh,
rice or soup on top.
- When the removable bottom is removed from the medium steaming
bowl (3) to create a larger bowl with the small steaming bowl (2)
underneath, you can still place the large steaming bowl (4) on top.
8 Put the lid on the top steaming bowl.
Note: If the lid is not or not correctly placed on the steaming bowl, the food
does not get steamed properly.

