VIDEO SYS (system) Button
Press repeatedly when playback is
stopped to set the Players Color
System to NTSC, PAL, or MULTI.

PBC ON/OFF Button
Press to turn Playback Control on or
off when playing a Video CD. Details

Number Buttons
Use to select numbered items in a
Disc menu. Details are on page 20.
Press to select a Track for playback.
Use the +10 button to enter Tracks
above nine. For example, to select
Track 18, press +10, then 8.
TITLE Button
Press to access a DVDs Title menu.

DISC MENU Button
Press to access a DVDs Disc menu.

Press to acknowledge a menu

SLOW FWD (forward) Button
Press to play a Disc forward in slow
motion.
SEARCH Button
Press to search for a specific
Chapter or elapsed playing time.

PREVIEW Button
Press to preview Video CD Tracks.

SOUND MODE Button
Press to choose an audio language or
sound mode (STEREO to hear the
right and left channels of sound,
MONO RIGHT to hear the right
channel of sound, or MONO LEFT to
hear the left channel of sound).
SOUND 3D Button
This button has no function.
DISPLAY Button
Press repeatedly during playback to see
the elapsed or remaining playing time of
a Chapter, Title, Track, or Disc.

Press to turn on or off the Player.
REPEAT Button
Press to play a Chapter, Title, Track, or
Disc repeatedly. Details are on page 24.
REPEAT A-B Button
Press to set up Repeat A-B playback, in
which a certain segment of the Track
or Title plays repeatedly. Details are on

CLEAR Button
Press to erase an FTS Program. Details

PROGRAM FTS Button
Press to access Favorite Track

Press to access or remove the Players

input at the Receiver.

Press to mute the Receivers speakers.
