We advise you to replace the inner lter after a prolonged period of use
or if you can no longer clean it properly.

1 Remove the lter unit from the dust compartment (Fig. 14).
2 Turn the outer lter anticlockwise (1) and remove it from the lter
holder (2) (Fig. 17).
3 Gently turn the inner lter anticlockwise (1) and remove it from
the lter holder (2) (Fig. 21).
4 Place a new inner lter on the lter holder (1) and turn it
clockwise to attach it (2) (Fig. 22).
5 Push the tip of the inner lter inwards (Fig. 23).
6 Place the outer lter on the lter holder (1) and turn it clockwise
to attach it (2). (Fig. 18)
7 Put the lter unit back into the dust compartment (Fig. 19).
Note: Make sure you insert the lter unit in the correct way.

New inner lters are available under type no. FC8035. Contact your
Philips dealer.

- Do not throw away the appliance with the normal household waste
at the end of its life, but hand it in at an ofcial collection point for
recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve the
environment (Fig. 24).
- The built-in rechargeable batteries contain substances that may
pollute the environment. Remove the batteries when you discard the
appliance. Do not throw away the batteries with the normal
household waste, but hand them in at an ofcial collection point. You
