The appliance may produce

some smoke when you use it

for the rst time.

It is normal for a new product to produce an

unpleasant smell or emit some smoke when it

is rst used. This phenomenon stops after you

have used the appliance a few times.

The result is

worse than

expected, it is

mashed.

It can happen that cooked

and/or very soft ingredients

get mashed when cutting

them.

Do not use too soft ingredients in the salad

maker.

The salad maker

is clogged.

You used too soft or too

hard ingredients.

Switch off the salad maker and unplug it.

Open the lid and gently remove the

ingredients with a spatula or similar.
