Connect the supplied S-Video cable to the S-VIDEO OUT jack of the DVD Player and to the
TVs S-VIDEO IN jack. Or, use the DVD Players CVBS VIDEOOUT jack or Component VIDEO OUT
jacks to connect to the TV. Details are on pages 10 and 12. You only need one video connection.

Connect the CENTER jack on the DVD Player to the CENTER IN jack on your Receiver.
Connect the SUB WF. jack of the DVD Player to the SUBWOOFER IN jack on your Receiver.

Connect the FRONT Left and Right OUT jacks of the DVD Player to the FRONT Left and Right
IN jacks on your Receiver.

Connect the SURROUND Left and Right OUT jacks of the DVD Player to the SURROUND Left
and Right IN jacks on your Receiver. Your Receiver may refer to Surround as Rear. These are the same.

Connect the flat end of the DVD Players power cord (supplied) to the MAINS (AC Power) jack
on the back of the DVD Player. Connect the power cords of the DVD Player, TV, and Receiver
to the power outlet. Turn on the power of the TV and the Receiver. Press STANDBY-ON on the
DVD Player to turn on the DVD Player. The Standby light will disappear.

Set the TV to the correct Video In channel. Refer to your TV manual. Or, change TV channels until
you see the DVD logo on the TV.
Set your Receiver to the correct Audio In channel or sound
source. Refer to the Receivers manual.

Set Analog output to Multi-channel, then adjust the Speaker settings. Details are on pages 48- 49.
