Lock/unlock the keys

When the player is on, use the lock to prevent

accidental operation.

Brieﬂy press•

/ to lock or unlock the

keys.

All buttons except the volume keys »

are locked and the display shows a

lock icon.

Select the safe volume

Select the safe volume when you listen through

the by-packed earphones.

1 Press / VOLUME.

The volume screen is displayed. »

2 Press to select the safe volume.

For video play, exit the play screen to select

To save power, the screen switches off

automatically after the pre-deﬁned time

no new action is taken on • ARIAZ;

a value is selected in •

settings] > [Backlight timer].
