Red-eye Correction
The Red-eye Correction function is used to reduce red eye in captured images. This function is only
available for still images. Red-eye correction can be applied to an image several times, but the quality may
gradually deteriorate.
To activate Red-eye Correction:
1. Set the camera to Playback mode .
2. Press the
or keys to scroll and select an image.
3. Press the MENU button to launch the Playback menu.
4. Select Red-eye Correction.
5. Select Start.
6. Press the OK button to start correction.
7. After completing Red-eye correction, a menu selection
appears. Select whether to:
Overwrite. Save and replace old file with a new one.
Save As. Save the new file as a new one.
Cancel. Cancel
red-eye correction.
8. Press the OK button to save/cancel changes.
Voice Memo
A maximum of 30 seconds of audio can be recorded as a memo for captured still images.
To record voice memo:
1. Set the camera to Playback mode .
2. Press the
or keys to scroll and select an image to attach voice memo to.
3. Press the MENU button to launch the Playback menu.
4. Select Voice Memo.
5. Select Start, then press the OK button to start recording.
6. Press the OK button again to stop recording.
Time left (n seconds) for recording.
When you record voice memo to an image with an existing voice memo, the old
recording file would be replaced by the new one.
